This unique machine forms Cape Sheet Metal Works’ mezz flanges that are used on most rectangular and square ducting with the simple push of a button. Produced from quality 0.8mm gauge galvanised metal the flanges are sturdier and less flexible than those of most competitors in the market place. The production process allows for the injection of Oleomastic sealer into the flange base which ensures proper sealing once installed on the ducting. This eliminates most of the possibility of air leakage through the mezz flanges installed on the ducting. The variable speed and automatic cut off process makes the manufacturing of the mezz flanges speedy and far less time consuming.
